Registration and Account Eligibility

To open a tk6664 account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.
• Not already hold an existing tk6664 account. Only one account per person, household, device, or IP address is permitted.
• Not be self-excluded from tk6664 or any associated platform at the time of registration.
• Not be acting on behalf of another person or any commercial entity when placing bets or playing games.

tk6664 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of any balance.

Identity Verification (KYC)

tk6664 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents at any point, including but not limited to:

• A government-issued national identity card (NID) or passport.
• A recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad wallet registered in your name).

Until KYC verification is completed to tk6664's satisfaction, withdrawal requests may be held pending. tk6664 may impose deposit and wagering limits on unverified accounts. Failure to provide the requested documents within 30 days of a formal KYC request will result in account suspension.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit on tk6664 is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed Monday through Sunday, 24 hours a day. Standard withdrawal processing time via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay is approximately 30 minutes subject to payment provider availability. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.

tk6664 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals made via Bangladeshi mobile wallets. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility. tk6664 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account held in the same name as your registered tk6664 account. Any attempt to withdraw to a third-party account will be declined and the account suspended pending investigation.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on tk6664 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game. In the event of any ambiguity between general Terms and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules take precedence for that product.

• Bets are final once confirmed by the platform. tk6664 will not cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
• In the event of an obvious error in odds or game settings, tk6664 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the player's account balance.
• tk6664 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market or game at any time without prior notice.
• Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended or cancelled at any time due to data feed issues, match interruptions, or technical problems. Bets placed prior to a suspension will stand unless the event is subsequently voided.

Bonuses and Promotions

Promotional offers made available through tk6664 are subject to the following general conditions unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms:

• Each promotion is available once per player, household, device, and IP address unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

• Bonus funds expire 30 days after being credited to your account if the wagering requirement has not been met within that period.

Prohibited Activities

• Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping, or coordinated betting to exploit outcomes.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including money laundering.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt any part of the tk6664 platform.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to circumvent geographic restrictions or conceal your true location.
• Charging back a deposit made to tk6664 via your bank or payment provider without prior authorisation from tk6664 support.

Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tk6664's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your tk6664 account at the time the claim arises.

tk6664 is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform.
• Service interruptions caused by events outside tk6664's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment provider downtime, or force majeure events.
• Any third-party content, links, or services referenced on or accessible from the platform.
• Any loss resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

Account Closure and Termination

You may close your tk6664 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to completed KYC verification and no outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

tk6664 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time without prior notice if it determines, in its sole discretion, that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• Continuing to operate the account poses a legal, regulatory, or financial risk to the platform.
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Where an account is closed by tk6664 due to a Terms violation, any bonus balance will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned after verification, unless forfeiture is warranted under Clause 6.

Privacy and Data Protection

tk6664 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tk6664 holds its gaming licence. In the event of a dispute between you and tk6664, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication with tk6664 support in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial complaint being submitted in writing to [email protected], either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism specified under tk6664's gaming licence. tk6664's decision on matters of game outcomes, account conduct, and bonus eligibility is final pending formal dispute review.

Amendments to These Terms

tk6664 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — such as changes to payment rules, account termination criteria, or bonus conditions — tk6664 will provide at least 7 days' notice before the amended Terms take effect, communicated via the contact details on your registered account. Non-material changes (such as formatting corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause) may take effect immediately.
